32 Day Motorcycle Tour through the Balkans

On this amazing 32-day motorcycle tour through the Balkans, we traveled from Italy thru Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, and Greece, ending in Switzerland. We thought we’d give you our top picks of the trip. The biggest surprise on this trip was how beautiful Slovenia was, we had no idea how mountainous and pristine Slovenia would be. The biggest luxury of our trip was our 1 week charter of a 38′ Catamaran to sail the Croatian Islands. The thing that touched our hearts the most was Mostar – the rebuilt old town juxtaposed with the remnants of the war were heart wrenching. Lastly, the natural beauty of the national parks we visited took our breath away.  This was a trip of a life time and has us hooked on touring via motorbike.

This motorcycle tour through the Balkans had scenic motorbike routes, spectacular scenery, windy mountain passes, friendly people, excellent food, amazing coastlines, and quaint mountain towns. We hope you read about all our adventures in our posts.  If you would like to follow our route on your own or with friends you can download any of our trips in our shop section. As a way to trace our steps, we have created helmet flag stickers and country code stickers that can be used on helmets or vehicles; purchase these stickers so you too can commemorate your travels.
